NQF showcased at the SABC Careers Fair, Gauteng

The National Qualifications Framework (NQF) will be showcased at the SABC Careers Fair on 27-29 July at the Johannesburg Expo Centre (Nasrec). Those attending the Fair, including Grade 10 – 12 learners, will have an opportunity to learn about the NQF and how it can help them to make good choices regarding learning and career choices. Career guidance initiatives currently undertaken by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) will also be explained to learners, parents and educators. SAQA supports the idea that accurate and expert advice will ensure that learners will be sufficiently equipped to make informed decisions and assume greater responsibility for their career paths.
