Khetha: Make the Right Choice. Decide your Future.
This week Khetha on Radio focuses on encouraging learners to choose school subjects that are relevant to study further in the Engineering, Information and Natural Sciences.
Other objectives of this week's DHET/SAQA radio programmes are:
· Familiarising learners with core fields of study and how they differ.
· Encouraging learners to start thinking about careers and subject choices in these fields of study.
· Encouraging learners to look further into a possible career in the scarce skills fields.
· Familiarising learners with the risks and consequences of enrolling for a qualification that is not NQF-accredited or at an institution that is not registered.
