Why are we expected to pay a fee every time we submit a monitoring report?

The fee covers the administration of your school’s monitoring report. The amount of the fee is revised on an annual basis.  Umalusi trains and appoints suitably qualified evaluators and moderators to evaluate and moderate monitoring reports it receives. The evaluators and moderators are remunerated for the desktop evaluation of the portfolios of evidence submitted by schools. In evaluating second and third submissions (i.e. monitoring reports), they compare current and previous submissions in order to come to a determination about continued compliance with provisional accreditation criteria or continuous improvement by the school.
