What we will be doing next Spring?

Summer is coming to an end and I am sure most of us are looking forward to Autumn and the changes it will bring. Nature never fails to amaze…

In this context of continual renewal, I think it is appropriate to make March the time to reflect about what we will be doing next Spring! Will we be continuing our journey of lifelong learning or will we have opted out?

I really do hope that it won’t be the latter as it is a very competitive world and we all need to stay on top of our game to ensure we don’t slip behind.

March is the perfect month to think about what your knowledge and skills gaps are and to start doing the research as to which provider and which qualifications would be ideally suited to closing the gaps.

So as we watch the leaves start to turn brown and get excited about the soccer world cup please take time to reflect on where you are in your life journey and make a definite decision to keep growing. Good planning now will ensure you keep two steps ahead.
